  Pricing

  All items listed on the site unless otherwise stated, will be sold at MRP in Nepalese currency. The rates referred to at the time of placing the order shall be those paid on the date of delivery. While prices do not fluctuate on a daily basis for most products, prices of perishable fruits and vegetables do change on a daily basis. If rates are higher or lower on the delivery date, the price will be charged based on the day of placing order.

  In case of technical error occurred by any reason that shows a product price on our site be grossly incorrect, you agree to us to correct the error, either by paying the difference in prices or by allowing us to retrieve and refund the product.

  Products

  All products posted doesn’t exceed any harmful chemical against the prescription of the Government of Nepal and are safe for consumption. However, we shall not be responsible in any of the allergic food reactions, illness, or problems caused the consumption of the products delivered by Krishi Coop Bazaar.

  Weights, Measurement and Descriptions

  We reserve the right to provide you with a product within 5% error of the requested weight or size. Product images used on our site are intended to represent brands or types of products and may not represent the exact size, flavor, type, quantity, or other specific details about the product you are purchasing. See the written product description for specific information about your purchase. All product descriptions used on our site are believed to be accurate, however, we cannot be held liable for unintentional inaccuracies or product sizes that has unexpectedly been changed by the farmers associated with the listed cooperatives and cooperative markets .

  Receiving a Delivery

  Krishi Coop Bazaar will deliver products at your address associated with your order either by contacting the telephone, e-mail provided on our site registration, SMS, and chat-bot. If you would like us to use a different delivery address, phone number, or email address with regard to your order, contact us to provide us with the updated information on the same day of ordering for clear instruction and smooth delivery at the expected address. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the order.

  In addition, you agree that all payments and fees for services provided by Krishi Coop Bazaar shall be paid prior to or at the time of delivery. Should any dispute arise regarding any payments or fees, you agree to be responsible and liable for any fees and delivery costs that Krishi Coop Bazaar may incur in attempts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

  Delays, Changes and Cancellations

  There will be no fee to cancel or change your order or delivery time should you provide the notice by 6:00 pm a day before your delivery. Should Krishi Coop Bazaar need to cancel your delivery for any reason, we will likewise provide you with the notice by 6:00 pm a day before your delivery except in the event of an emergency.

  Returns and Refunds

  • Within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery you can contact us for returning the non-perishable products. However, returning is not applicable in every case. To return the purchased non-perishable products, the product should be the same as we have delivered and change of mind is not acceptable after 3 days of delivery.

  • Likewise, in case of fresh fruits and vegetables and other perishable items, crushed or wrinkled product should be returned on the same day of delivery. It will be replaced with the same product on the next day of return with the same quantity. For example, crushed tomatoes will be replaced with fresh ones.

  • At the time of returning, one must present the receipt received from Krishi Coop Bazaar as a proof of purchase.

  • Return policy only exists in case the products are damaged, or we have committed any mistake while delivering. In that case, you will be allowed to shop for any other product of the same price or additional charge will be applied if you select any product with higher price.

  • It will be the sole responsibility of the customers who intend to return the purchased goods to pay for the shipping charge during the return period. If in case you do not want to exchange the items, your shipping cost will not be refundable.

  • To inform about unsatisfied products, please contact us and provide information of unsatisfied products including condition and purchasing source that you selected among options while placing your order. You can message us on chat bot as well to lodge complaint against unsatisfied products.

  Your Submission

  Anything that you post, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") shall be the property of Krishi Coop Bazaar and could be used for its several purpose with or without quoting name. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions.

  In addition, Krishi Coop Bazaar reserves rights to delete the post if Krishi Coop Bazaar thinks that the post promotes unlawful, racist, gender biased and socially unacceptable views, opinions, and languages.
